We have received reports that users sending with Bananatag's legacy version of the Outlook Classic add-in are seeing a delay in the processing of recipient opens, clicks, and survey feedback.
Our engineering team is investigating this issue to identify the root cause.
Please note that this issue does not impact anyone sending with Bananatag's latest version of the Outlook Classic add-in. As well, recipient data is being recorded accurately and no data will be lost due to this issue.
